Sponsors bringing equipment or materials in their vehicles on Tuesday, 24 November, may unload directly at Car Park 1, located next to the WLT doors.
Please use this designated area for unloading before proceeding with your setup.
Sponsor Equipment Setup & Access
Sponsors are welcome to set up their equipment in LIMS1 at either of the following times:
Please note that LIMS1 is accessible via access card only.
Sponsors must confirm their preferred setup date and time in advance so that access arrangements can be organised.
If you have any specific equipment or setup requirements, please contact the conference organisers ahead of time.
